It
was in January of 1986 that John Fanning decided to fill a void he
had seen existing in the local mortgage business. Providing aid to
those needing no hassle, non-bureaucratic, creative financing
without the restrictions placed by the traditional lenders was his
goal.
John J. Fanning was born and raised in Mamaroneck, NY and moved to
Hollywood, FL in 1966. He is a graduate of Biscayne College in 1970
and attended Stetson University School of Law prior to entering the
banking field in 1971. During his career in banking, he spent eight
years with Southeast Bank, N.A., leaving as Vice President in charge
of the Commercial Loan Division for Clay County; he spent five years
with Kingsley Bank, also serving as Branch Manager; and was Senior
Vice President with Prosperity Bank of St. Augustine.
Mr. Fanning and his wife, Deborah, have two children, Brandon and
Sara. He is a past Director of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce
and the American Cancer Society. They are members of the First
Baptist Church of Jacksonville.

Will has been in the mortgage business since 1983. He has been in
and around finance since 1968, after serving 4+ years in the U.S.
Navy. He owned ACR Mortgage in the Argyle
Forest area of Jacksonville for 8 years. Will has experience
in all areas of the mortgage industry, but he places particular
emphasis on the conforming and Non
Conforming Mortgages, which he considers his
specialty. He is a people person with state-of- the art know how.
Integrity is of the utmost importance to Will. The key to his
success has been repeat business, which he says much about his level
of service to his clients. He hopes that when you are looking for a
mortgage professional, you will think "Mr. Will from Jacksonville."
Will was born in Staten Island, New York and was raised in White
Plains, New York. He discovered recently that his partner John lived
in a neighboring community during that time. He has been married to
his Wife, Gayle, for almost 33 years. They have 4 children and 13
grandchildren. Will and Gayle are members of Evangel Temple in
Jacksonville.
